I really like the Punk Revival concept and the idea of using the punk "do it yourself" motto. I think your concept board gives a good feeling of the whole idea.
I think for your dress you should definitely use mixed media and incorporate lots of different techniques.
Is this dress going to use any text? If so, what words will you be using?
This is a very great concept! I love the direction it is going in and I get the feel right away. I like the punk rock vibe and feel. What colors is this dress going to be made of? Your mood board is mostly black and pink, is that the colors you are going to use? I don't see you mentioning any type on the concept board but I see type on the mood board. Are you going to do hand rendered type like in the picture on the top left of your mood board?
I love that you are embacing this concept! The raw materials will be fun to work with & you will surely be inspired by them, especially when you start experimenting with them. I would love to see some accessories to go with this dress, maybe some jewelry or a bag. I didn't see any indication of the typography or words you plan on using, that decision will solidify and deepen the concept.
